thank goodness for Tom and Team...

If you haven't caught the brilliant 'Sound it Out' documentary by filmmaker Jeanie Finlay yet then I suggest you take a pew and do so...
Take one music shop in the Northeast and let the camera unfold the cathartic chapters of  the local multiple music maestro's lives.

All starched fans of the Vinyl age, and for those who keep the faith will relate to what lies at the centre of this boudoir of music escapism, 'identity'. These are the loyal fans of their chosen genre of music and this draws them into Tom's haven of stacked, racked and wall mounted packed odyssey of selective joy.

From whatever walk of life, these frequent visitors see this shop as a rare and limited commodity; just like the illusive sixth copy of one particular album sort after for so long, they all have an sense of the adventurer within the confines of a relatively small place and like the Vinyl they so avidly seek its a beacon of identifiable sense in a rapidly senseless world.
